WHERE IS MY ORDER?

TRACK YOUR ORDER:
1. Login to your account.
2. Click Track My Shipment
3. If you don't see Track My Shipment, your order is still processing!

If you paid with Paypal, your tracking is emailed to your Paypal email address within 24 hours of shipment.

WHERE DO YOU MAKE YOUR STUFF?

Everything that you see on the website is produced and manufactured in Europe. More specifically Sofia\Bulgaria. On the other hand, all fabrics are imported from Italy – we did not have a choice, it is just that they are the masters of the quality textile, and we do not compromise with textile.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Of course, the only thing we want you to do is to contact the customer service in the next 6 hours after you make the payment. After that it will be too late, because the order is processed and we can not accept your request :(

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DISPATCH AN ORDER?

It depends on your shipping plan, but usually it takes 3-5 days after the order is in the hands of the shipping company.
